I used Ubuildit to plan a remodel job. This service removes the fear factor of a remodel and of being ripped off by lack of knowledge of remodels. They help create a detailed scope of work, then contacted several subs to provide estimates. Carlos (Ubuildit owner) met me at the site for each sub who came and bid the project. He made good suggestions as to how to save money and get what I wanted. We walked the job and if I did not mention something, or I was unclear as to what the subcontractor meant Carlos clarified for me. Using this service let me be the General Contractor, saving many thousands of dollars.
